DISTINCTIONS:Shiny green leaves, splendid purplish-red fall color; white flat clusters of flowers in spring; black fruit that persists well into fall; tolerates wet or dry sites.
LIMITATIONS:Survives in INT on the warmest sites with winter protection.
HARDINESS:INT, SC, SE (Zone 2)
ORIGIN:Manitoba to Hudson Bay, south to Mississippi and Georgia
